What is YOU IS NOW?

Open innovation is a top priority for ImmobilienScout24. That is why the startup incubator YOU IS NOW was launched in the fall of 2010.

With YOU IS NOW, young entrepreneurs and aspiring founders receive funding to develop and realize their own ideas.

If you would like to get involved, apply and convince with a personal pitch. Once we have chosen you, you will be given a twelve month access to the entire ImmobilienScout24 network plus the portal, which receives 7.5 million visitors a month. You will benefit from ImmobilienScout24’s expertise in the following areas:

• Business development
• Finances
• Controlling
• Sales
• Product management
• Online marketing
• PR
• Legal advice
• ...

For support within the framework of YOU IS NOW, we determine a very individualized cooperation agreement with you. For the twelve month promotion period, the option of our being able to participate in the company at a later stage is enough for us. If we waive this option, you will have no further obligations – we will have simply promoted a promising company and hopefully had fun together.

It is of course very important to us that all applications and inquiries be treated with confidentially. Unless otherwise agreed to with the founder or entrepreneur, each idea is only discussed within the YOU IS NOW team – it is neither passed along to ImmobilienScout24 nor external parties.

In order for you to have the opportunity to make the most of ImmobilienScout24’s resources, we primarily support ideas in the areas of real estate and housing.

Think of your own experiences with searching for and moving into a house or an apartment, buying furniture, being in need of a mortgage loan, etc. Information about the living environment, mobile applications and social networks is of course a part of the process as well - there are many possibilities.

Even if you have a great idea that goes in a completely different direction, please contact us to explain why ImmobilienScout24 is the best partner for you and how we can best support your endeavors. This is what matters most to us in the first place.

Even if you haven’t yet started a business, a collaboration is possible. We are also looking for talented individuals or teams who have the courage to develop ideas and test their feasibility.
